There are forms, statutes and regulations that governing the administration of all Unclaimed Property. We are familiar with the requirements needed and by using our firm you can quicken the lengthy time it may take to receive the funds.
How it Works
First, we will discuss with you the process and the amounts we found available to you. Then we sign a contract. Second, we send you a list of the required documents that are needed to submit the claim. Third, we send out a notary, who notaries the required documents and we send all documents to the controllers office. Finally, we follow up with the controller office to see the status of the claim and if any other required documents are needed. Once the claim is approved a check will come in the mail and you are able to cash the funds that are rightfully yours!

Wanted to thank you VERY much for the tremendous job you have done for me. Reclaiming funds I was not aware were available to me that were held by the California State Treasury.
